Background The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement Services or Day Reporting Center (DRC) Services located within Palm Beach County, Florida. The mission of the Bureau is to ensure the safe and secure confinement of federal offenders while providing programs that facilitate their successful reintegration into society. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services for male and female federal offenders held under various United States Statutes, ensuring they have access to appropriate reentry programs. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services: - Base Period: 12 months with a guaranteed minimum of 7,300 RRC beds and an estimated maximum of 18,250 RRC beds. - Option Years: Four additional one-year periods with similar minimums and maximums for RRC services. 2. Home Confinement Services: - Base Period: 12 months with a guaranteed minimum of 4,015 placements and an estimated maximum of 9,490 placements. - Option Years: Four additional one-year periods with similar minimums and maximums for home confinement services. 3. Day Reporting Center (DRC) Services: - Base Year and Option Years with guaranteed minimum placements ranging from 4,380 to 4,392 and estimated maximum placements up to 10,980. 4. All services must comply with the Statement of Work requirements outlined in the attached documentation. The contractor must ensure adequate staffing levels, maintain accountability for offenders, provide necessary programming for reentry support, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
