Background The 434th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) is hosting the Grissom Air and Space Expo at Grissom Air Reserve Base (Grissom ARB) from August 28 to August 30, 2026. The purpose of this contract is to provide portable restroom and sanitation services to accommodate approximately 30,000 spectators per day, as well as base personnel and performers during the event. This service is essential for ensuring the comfort and hygiene of attendees and staff during the expo. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the following portable sanitation facilities: - 220 Standard Porta-Potties - 30 ADA Compliant Portable Toilets - 75 Dual-Use Portable Hand Wash Stations - 8 Baby Changing Stations These units must be placed in designated locations as directed by a Government Representative, primarily within a mile of Grissom ARB, including parking areas, main spectator areas, and performer zones. All units must be clean, professional in appearance, and adequately supplied with toilet paper, waterless hand sanitizer, soap, and water. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the event by ensuring all units are serviced regularly and any spills or debris are promptly cleaned up.
