Background The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Family Preservation – Family Assistance Program Services in Lenawee County. They must also comply with any applicable state certifications such as Qualified Disabled Veteran/Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business status. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a completed Confidential Treatment Form with their proposal.
