Facilities Maintenance Services - Skilled Trades

Facilities maintenance services at the GLWA Water Resource Recovery Facility ( WRRF ) located at 9300 W. Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, its combined sewer overflow ( CSO ) facilities, and other facilities operated by GLWA. The services generally consist of furnishing all necessary skilled labor and overall supervision required to complete as-needed major and minor preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance projects, including specialized maintenance projects which may be subcontracted on an as-required basis.
