Background The Southfield Public Schools (SPS) Board of Education (BOE) is seeking proposals for the renovation of existing elevators at Southfield High School. For projects exceeding $50,000, a 100% Performance and Payment Bond is required as per Michigan law. All surety must be based in Michigan.
