Work Details The selected contractor(s) will provide comprehensive kitchen equipment preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services. This includes: 1. Scheduled preventative maintenance services in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. 2. On-demand repair services to minimize equipment downtime. 3. All necessary labor, materials, parts, supervision, and related services to ensure continuity of operations across participating agencies. The intent is to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors capable of delivering high-quality service. Period of Performance The contract will be valid for a two-year period from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028, with options for three one-year renewals subject to negotiation. Place of Performance Services will be performed at multiple locations across the State of Delaware as designated by the participating agencies. Bidder Requirements Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and are required to submit a non-collusion statement with their proposal. Subcontracting is permitted but must be disclosed in the proposal. Vendors must also register through the Delaware Supplier Portal prior to contract execution.
