Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services related to addressing contaminated debris, replacing a maintenance storage facility, and resolving road drainage issues. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the NPS while ensuring environmental safety and compliance. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1) Addressing contaminated debris in specified areas, ensuring proper disposal and remediation; 2) Replacing the existing maintenance storage facility with a new structure that meets current standards; 3) Implementing solutions to road drainage issues to prevent flooding and erosion. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All work must comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations, including tax obligations. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at designated locations within the jurisdiction of the National Park Service.
