Background The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of concrete culverts. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. They must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Additionally, vendors are required to provide material safety data sheets with their delivery in compliance with RSA 277-A, known as the Worker’s Right to Know Act.
