The City of Henderson, Nevada, is requesting professional planning and design services for the Prototype Park Master Plan Project. The approximately 9.5-acre site is located at 1640 Price Street and is currently the existing Wells Park (APN's 17801310058, 17801304001, 17801799001, 17801701001, and a portion of 17801701002).
