Background The U.S. Government, specifically the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC), is seeking to procure laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration/repair services in support of the Clarksville-Montgomery County School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program. This program consists of approximately 1,600 cadets across eight high schools located in Clarksville, TN. The contract aims to provide essential services for the Army Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) Uniforms and Army Service/Dress Uniforms (ASU). Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Laundry and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) and Alteration/Repair services. Specific tasks include: 1. Laundering OCP uniforms and ASU shirts per label instructions. 2. Dry cleaning ASU uniforms per label instructions. 3. Performing alterations and repairs of service clothing as per DA PAM 670-1. 4. Maintaining accountability and tracking of all laundry, dry cleaning, alteration and repair items. 5. Providing pick-up and delivery services for L&DC and alteration/repair uniforms from the eight high schools in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System during operational hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm). The contractor must also develop a quality control program to ensure compliance with contract standards. Period of Performance The contract will be for one base year of 12 months with four additional 12-month option years. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the contractor's facility located within 15 miles of the Clarksville-Montgomery County School Army JROTC program headquarters at 1312 Highway 48, Clarksville, TN.
