Background The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is issuing this solicitation for a term contract to provide golf cart rentals for LSU Athletics. Work Details The supplier shall provide 4-passenger and 6-passenger gas golf carts as follows: 1. Up to sixteen (16) 4-passenger gas golf carts and six (6) 6-passenger gas golf carts for Facilities/Event Operations Staff during football home games. Delivery must be made fully operational and fueled by 10:00 AM on the Thursday before each game, with pickup scheduled 72 hours later. 2. Up to six (6) 4-passenger gas golf carts and two (2) 6-passenger gas golf carts for Football Staff during home games, following the same delivery and pickup schedule as above. 3. Up to thirty (30) 4-passenger gas golf carts and forty (40) 6-passenger gas golf carts for recruiting/miscellaneous events throughout the year, with a minimum rental period of three days and a request notice of at least ten business days in advance. All carts must meet specified operational standards including engine type, horsepower, fuel capacity, speed capabilities, safety features, and must be delivered in good working condition without damages.
