Sealed bids will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System Purchasing Department located at 202 Rue Iberville, Lafayette, LA 70508, or electronically in accordance with the procedures of www.centralauctionhouse.com until 10:00 a.m. CST on May 27, 2026. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the LPSS Purchasing Department Conference Room for the following: Dry & Frozen Foods Bid# 52-26 Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Dry & Frozen Foods Bid# 52-26 Opening: May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST Complete bid specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the LPSS Purchasing Department by emailing Kristie Sam at kpsam@lpssonline.com or by accessing them online at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Addendums, if any, will be posted at www.centralauctionhouse.com. It is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to check this website for any addendums issued before the bid opening. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the bid documents. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for opening, except as permitted under La.R.S.38:2214(C). The Lafayette Parish School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received when such is in the best interest of the School System. In accordance with La.R.S.38:2251, a preference of up to ten percent (10%) may be applied to products manufactured, produced, grown, or assembled in Louisiana when such products meet or exceed the specifications of this bid.
