This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to establish a Master Price Agreement for school photography services to provide high-quality and secure photography services for students and staff. Work Details The selected vendor will provide traditional school photography services for Pre-K through grade 12 students and staff at designated locations within the district. Services include: - Portrait photography on initial picture days, absentee days, and retake days. - Optional packages for purchase by families with low-cost options. - Required no-cost services to the district. - Electronic delivery of images. - Student identification badges. - Class composite binders. - Secondary school directories. - Yearbook images. - Graduating class group photos.
