Background The Salem-Keizer School District 24J is seeking to engage a contractor for public relations and polling services. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive public relations and polling services, which may include but are not limited to: developing communication strategies, conducting surveys and polls, analyzing public opinion data, creating press releases, managing media relations, and providing strategic advice on public engagement. The contractor is expected to deliver specific reports and recommendations based on the polling results and public feedback gathered during the contract period. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon signing by all parties and will remain effective until the completion of all services as specified in the contract or until terminated by either party as outlined in the general provisions. Place of Performance Services will be performed primarily at locations designated by the Salem-Keizer School District 24J within its jurisdiction in Salem, Oregon. Bidder Requirements Contractors must be duly licensed to perform the required services in Oregon. They must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to child safety if their work involves direct contact with students. Additionally, contractors are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in Exhibit C of the contract.
