Background The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood is seeking to identify Medical Advisor(s) to provide consultation for the Birth to Three System. The goal of this contract is to enhance the medical expertise available within the system, particularly regarding eligibility criteria for medical conditions that grant automatic eligibility for services under the Birth to Three program.
