Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive billing, collection, and posting services including: 1. Accepting patient data from an ePCR system called ESO. 2. Obtaining necessary software to interface with ESO. 3. Billing non-transported patients as per county policy. 4. Preparing management and financial reports on delinquent accounts. 5. Reviewing each PCR for content accuracy and completeness. 6. Filing insurance claims to appropriate payers and managing third-party liability claims. 7. Mailing invoices to transported individuals at approved rates. 8. Ensuring no offshoring of health care records or claim submissions. 9. Providing a local or toll-free contact number for customer inquiries. 10. Complying with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
