Procure, deliver, remove existing and disposal, install, and verify operation of a Maestro2 Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography (OCTA) system with table at Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center. Includes software and upgrades (if Applicable), removal and disposal of existing OCTA equipment, installation, calibration, warranty, documentation, 24/7 support (if applicable), on-site training, optional service contract coverage, and HER/PACS integration. Includes compliance with manufacturer specifications, safety and HIPAA requirements, and all labor, material, and equipment, and transportation necessary for full delivery and installation.

Background The Portland Area Indian Health Service provides access to healthcare for approximately 150,000 American Indian/Alaska Native residents across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The agency operates four Federal Health Facilities in five Tribal Communities and one at Chemawa Indian School. The goal of this contract is to procure a new Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography (OCTA) system for the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center's Optometry Department, as the existing equipment is outdated and beyond repair. This purchase aims to enhance diagnostic accuracy and clinical efficiency in patient care. Work Details The contractor will provide one (1) Maestro2 Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography (OCTA) system, including a table, software and upgrades, 24/7 support services, installation, calibration services, and on-site training for staff at the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center. The scope of work includes: 1. Removal and disposal of existing OCTA equipment. 2. Installation of the new Maestro2 OCTA with table. 3. Provision of software and upgrades. 4. Warranty coverage and user manual guide for the OCTA. 5. 24/7 support services. 6. Calibration of equipment for proper functions. 7.
