THE WORK CONSISTS OF

Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil at the Hopkinton-Everett Lakes Flood Control Project. The primary treatment location(s) consist of portions of Elm Brook Pool in Hopkinton, NH and Everett Lake in Weare, NH (approximately 50 acres of total treatment area). Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise the option for additional water testing and reporting should the initial tests signify re-testing of the treatment area(s). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
