The County aims to select up to two vendors: one for locally funded program management and another for state and federally funded program management. The selected firms will provide comprehensive program management services to ensure effective execution of the projects. Work Details The selected firm(s) will be responsible for providing management, engineering support, and oversight for the following services: 1) Program Management Services for locally funded projects including SPLOST and Impact Fees; 2) Program Management Services for state and federally funded projects; 3) Coordination of all project phases including design, engineering, environmental considerations, utilities, permitting, bidding, procurement, construction through contract closeout; 4) Assistance with grant administration and compliance; 5) Weekly updates to Hall County Department staff; 6) Management of construction inspection services; 7) Pre-construction contractor management in areas such as engineering and environmental compliance; 8) Post-construction closeout services including documentation and operation manuals. Period of Performance The initial term of the contract will be from the date of issuance of the formal Notice to Proceed (NTP) through June 30, 2027. There are options for up to four additional one-year renewals based on funding and satisfactory performance. Place of Performance The geographic location for performance is Hall County, Georgia. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. They must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Hall County as an additional insured. Bidders are required to disclose any intended subcontractors at the time of bid submission. A Unique Entity ID (UEI) through SAM.gov is required for reporting on behalf of Hall County.
