Comanche Park Campground Reconstruction

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the campground improvement of 20 sites to 34 sites to include a road modification with curve widening and shaping for drainage and new surfacing. The Host Site and Volunteer Site will be relocated and upgraded with power, water and wastewater vaults. 4 new pre-cast vault toilets will replace the five original 1965 stick-built toilets. The Water system work for this project consists of decommissioning the existing pumphouse, installing a new pre-cast concrete treatment building in a new location, with upgraded plumbing and controls, removing the existing aboveground water storage tank and installing a new below ground fiberglass water storage tank, replacing all the distribution piping and installing new hydrants IAW with SOW, Specifications and Drawings Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 NAICS 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction
