This procurement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The requirement quantity is 131 EA, with price breaks ranging from (100 EA -125 EA) and (126 EA -155 EA) included. The delivery time is 350 days.
