2026 CIP Paving & Street Rehabilitation

Sealed bids for the 2026 CIP Paving & Street Rehabilitation for the Department of Public Works must be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name, and Bid number in the subject line. Bids will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the specified date and time; late bids will not be accepted. Work includes but is not limited to pavement milling, pavement shimming, hot mix asphalt pavement overlay, sidewalk ramp construction, sidewalk construction, construction work to build, adjust, reset, or rebuild curbing, manholes, and catch basins, pavement markings, and associated work. The specific scope of work for each street segment is outlined in the complete bid document. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Each prospective bidder is required to obtain from the City each copy of the proposal form and each set of plans.
