Background The Community Renewal Team (CRT) is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured environmental remediation contractors to provide professional services for Health & Safety and Weatherization and Resilience Framework (WRF) Measures. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with applicable regulations while delivering services at residential and/or multifamily properties within the designated service area. Projects may be funded by federal, state, municipal, or utility-administered programs. Work Details Contractors will provide professional environmental remediation services specifically focused on Health & Safety and WRF Measures. Services are to be performed at residential and/or multifamily properties within the designated service area. All projects must comply with relevant regulations. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from April 28, 2026, to May 15, 2026. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various residential and multifamily properties within the designated service area as specified by CRT. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be qualified, licensed, and insured environmental remediation contractors.
