Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for cleaning services at the Desert National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). The mission of the FWS is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. This contract aims to ensure that the facilities at Desert NWR are maintained in a clean and operational condition. Work Details The contractor will provide cleaning services for the Desert NWR. Specific tasks include: 1. Cleaning of all designated areas within the refuge complex; 2. Ensuring that all cleaning supplies used are environmentally friendly; 3. Adhering to a schedule that includes cleaning every 10, 20, and 30 calendar days as specified; 4. Reporting any maintenance issues discovered during cleaning to FWS personnel. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. Place of Performance The cleaning services will be performed at the Desert National Wildlife Refuge Complex located at 4701 North Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130-2301.
