Background The requirement is for non-personal services to provide lodging, meals, transportation, certified instructors, facilities, and all necessary equipment to conduct a Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC)/STEM Leadership Academy for approximately 220 cadets and 70 cadre. This initiative is part of the Army's commitment to enhancing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education among youth. The program aims to address the growing need for STEM education in public schools and prepare students for careers in STEM fields. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform specified lodging, meals, program training and facility usage as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: - Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for 220 cadets and 70 cadre during the camp. - Ensuring the availability of lodging facilities for participants. - Supplying transportation as needed for activities related to the camp. - Employing certified instructors to facilitate STEM-related training programs. - Managing all logistics related to the camp's operation from May 31 to June 5, 2026. Period of Performance The period of performance is from May 15, 2026 (for Resource Working Group activities) through June 5, 2026 (for the actual camp). Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
