Background The USDA-NRCS (United States Department of Agriculture - Natural Resources Conservation Service) is seeking to obtain an Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA) for the Illinois Field Office. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, with the goal of providing comprehensive market analysis services that will support NRCS's mission in conservation and land management. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for conducting an Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA) which includes: 1. Performing an initial fiscal year analysis and subsequent annual recertifications or amendments as required. 2. Providing a detailed price schedule for the AWMA and its recertifications and amendments over a base year and four option years. 3. Ensuring that all costs to complete the requirement are included in the total price quoted. 4. Delivering all services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in Attachment 2, which outlines specific tasks and deliverables expected from the contractor. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance includes a base year from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods extending through May 31, 2031. Place of Performance The place of performance is primarily at the USDA-NRCS Illinois State Office located at 2118 West Park Court, Champaign, IL 61821.
