Agua Fria Wastewater Project Phase III

The Santa Fe County Public Works Department is seeking bids from licensed, insured, and qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Agua Fria Wastewater Project Phase III. This project is located at the Historic Village of Agua Fria in Santa Fe County and will utilize construction plans and technical specifications prepared by Bohannan Huston, Inc. and Santa Fe County. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days, and Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Nancy Rodriguez Community Center located at 11 Prairie Dog Loop, Santa Fe, NM 87507. All bidders must ensure their bids comply with the regulations and requirements stated in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids must be submitted in a sealed container clearly indicating the bid title and number, along with the bidding firm's name and address marked on the outside. All bids are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division located at 1002 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501. Each firm submitting a bid is certifying compliance with the stated regulations and requirements.
