Bidder Requirements Respondents must be registered as bidders with the Indiana Department of Administration. Additionally, there are goals for subcontracting opportunities: 8% for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 11% for Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and 3% for Indiana Veteran Owned Small Businesses (IVOSB). Respondents must submit an MWBE Subcontractor Commitment Form and an IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form if applicable.
