Background The Oregon CERFP (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package) is tasked in conjunction with the National Guard Bureau to develop and support regional training and exercise activities aimed at enhancing domestic contingency readiness. The goal of this contract is to provide contractor support for a Supported Collective Training Exercise (SCTE) that simulates real-world conditions, thereby improving the preparedness and evaluation of CBRNE response capabilities. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the SCTE. Key tasks include: 1. Provide role players, moulage/clothing, weighted manikins (with clothing), simulants (Glo Germ), a lumber package, real-world medical support (two ambulances), and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) reset services. 2. Conduct miscellaneous meetings and support activities including a kick-off meeting within 10 days of contract award, daily after-action reviews, and safety compliance. 3. Deliver a lumber package by June 17, 2026, which includes specific quantities of various lumber types for SCVS reset operations. 4. Provide SCVS reset support from June 25 to June 29, 2026, ensuring a realistic training environment for search and extraction teams during the exercise. This includes providing heavy equipment and labor for site preparation and cleanup. Period of Performance The period of performance is from June 15, 2026, to June 29, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Area in Warrenton, Oregon.
