This is a non-personal services contract to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Garrison Project/Lake Sakakawea. Services include safe, and lawful removal and disposal of non-hazardous refuse from all areas identified in this PWS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Refuse Collection and Disposal as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work shall be performed at the Government owned facilities: Downstream Campground, Downstream Boat Ramp, Douglas Creek Campground, Government Bay Boat Ramp, Wolf Creek Campground, East Totten Trail Campground, Power Plant, Maintenance Shop and Administration Building.

Maintaining Containers and Collection Areas: - Containers must be returned to their original locations after servicing; spills or debris must be cleaned up. - All refuse within ten feet of containers must be collected. 3. Dumpster Specifications: - Dumpsters should have plastic or rubber lids and be freshly painted when placed in use. 4. Disposal Requirements: - All refuse must be transported to a State-approved landfill; monthly receipts for disposal are required. 5. Sanitation Requirements: - Equipment must be cleaned regularly to prevent odors and vermin attraction. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a specified period that includes seasonal service requirements from May 15 through September 15 for campgrounds and from May 1 through April 30 for government buildings.
