Background The Indian Education Acquisition Office is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a greenhouse at Jeehdeeza Elementary School in Pinon, Arizona. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the following tasks: 1) Site Preparation and Concrete Foundation; 2) Utility Installation (electrical, water, LP gas); 3) Furnish and Install a Gothic Arch School Science Greenhouse Package (16'W x 36'L x 8' sidewall height); 4) Testing, Commissioning, and Training for a fully operational greenhouse system. The contractor is responsible for providing high-resolution digital photographs documenting the completed project upon final completion. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 120 calendar days.
