Administration of Flexible Spending Accounts

The State of Maine is planning to issue a market bid for the administration of Flexible Spending Accounts for its active employees. Interested carriers should possess substantial experience in managing Flexible Spending Accounts for large employers and public entities. Responding carriers are encouraged to request the full text of the market bid through Lockton Companies on or before April 30, 2026.
