Compensation and Classification Study

The City of Keene, New Hampshire, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive compensation and classification study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the City's current wage structure and ensure it is competitive, equitable, and aligned with labor market conditions and organizational needs. The City employs approximately 214 positions across multiple departments and bargaining units (public safety excluded).
