The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of small business concern contractors capable of providing the following services. Description of Services - The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform specialty cleaning services at Dover AFB, DE, as detailed in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). These services include, but are not limited to, mold abatement, HVAC duct cleaning, and pressure washing. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Bid Schedule for a more in depth overview and breakdown of the required services. Background The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking information from small business contractors capable of providing specialty cleaning services at Dover Air Force Base (AFB), DE. These services are essential for conducting preventative maintenance and responding to facility incidents, including water breaks that require appropriate remediation and cleaning. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform specialty cleaning services at Dover AFB, DE. Services include: 1. HVAC Duct Cleaning Services: Inspect and clean air duct systems according to National Air Duct Cleaner Association (NADCA) standards, ensuring removal of visible contaminants and reporting any mold detected during inspections. 2. Mold Abatement Services: Inspect and abate visible mold areas identified by the Civil Engineer Contracting Officer Representative (COR), providing sampling and testing upon request, using methods to contain mold spores, and submitting a documented report on remediation within 10 calendar days. 3. Other Specialty Cleaning Services: Inspect and clean areas identified by the COR including glycol pipe breaks, fire suppression system breaks, sewage backups, etc., using necessary methods for extraction, sanitization, deodorization, dehumidification, and disposal of materials while complying with IICRC S500 standards. 4. Certifications: The contractor must be certified by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC), hold accreditation as a Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS), be a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), and have a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) on staff.
