Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for a construction project at the Bears Bluff National Fish Hatchery. The goal of the contract is to conduct structural repairs to storm-damaged catwalk pilings, ensuring the safety and functionality of the facility.
