Poland Regional High School Roof Replacement Project

REGIONAL SCHOOL UNIT 16 is seeking sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified roofing design and project management consulting firms for the Poland Regional High School Roof Replacement Project. The scope of work includes a professional assessment, design, bidding support, and construction administration services for approximately 80,738 square feet of roof area that is scheduled for replacement in 2027. Sealed RFPs must be delivered to John Hawley, Director of Operations, RSU 16, located at 3 Aggregate Road, Poland, ME 04274. The deadline for submissions is May 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). Late submissions will not be accepted, and RFPs will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.
