Background The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, through the SPWD Buildings and Grounds (B&G), is seeking proposals for pigeon control and cleanup services at the Supreme Court Building and Campos Building in Las Vegas. The goal is to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage caused by pigeon waste, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for visitors and staff. Work Details The contractor will provide monthly pigeon control and cleanup services at two locations: - 408 E. Clark Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101 (Supreme Court) - 215 E. Bonanza Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89101 (Campos Building) Services include: - Pressure washing all pigeon mess from sidewalks and buildings. - Removing any pigeon nests. - Utilizing pigeon spikes and chemical deterrents as necessary to prevent pigeons from returning. Period of Performance The contract will be effective for four years, starting from the estimated contract start date of September 10, 2026, pending Board of Examiners approval. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the Supreme Court Building located at 408 E. Clark Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101, and the Campos Building located at 215 E. Bonanza Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89101. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be registered on nevadaepro.com to respond to this solicitation. They must also attend a mandatory site visit on May 8, 2026, to qualify for submission. Additionally, vendors must comply with all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) regulations governing procurement.
