Background The contract is issued by the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) #1, which utilizes automated tool cribs for efficient management of aviation tools and supplies. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness of these tool cribs by diagnosing and repairing any mechanical, electrical, or structural faults. Work Details The contractor shall perform a complete diagnostic of the motorized tool crib to identify all mechanical, electrical, and structural faults in accordance with the Statement of Work. Responsibilities include: 1. Conducting a full diagnostic assessment of the tool crib. 2. Submitting a Technical Evaluation Report (TER) to the Contracting Officer (KO), detailing the root cause of failures, proposed repair hours, and a list of replacement parts with current market pricing. 3. Providing all necessary parts and labor for repairs as specified in the Statement of Work. 4. Designating a Working Supervisor with at least five years of relevant experience who will oversee operations during the contract period. 5. Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations while maintaining a clean work environment. Period of Performance The contract will be performed during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 0700-1530 EST, excluding Federal Holidays. Place of Performance The work will be conducted at AASF #1 located in West Virginia.
