Background The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The services will be performed at the Fleming-Godwin USARC located in Dover, DE. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to deliver grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The objective is to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean and professional appearance. Services include but are not limited to: maintaining landscaped areas as per the site plan; adhering to local, state, and federal regulations; implementing effective quality control measures; and conducting operations during specified hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday). The contractor must also ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
