Background The Cleawox Bathhouse Roof and Porch Restoration project is initiated by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. Sheet metal roof flashings, valleys, and crickets; 7. Roofing Preparation and Installation of cedar shake roof; 8. Installation of new sheet metal gutters and downspouts; 9. Structural Bracing of Porch Framing; 10. Deconstruction and Material Removal; 11. Carpentry repairs of Log Beam and accompanying materials. Period of Performance The project is expected to commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion targeted for October 8, 2026, final completion by October 22, 2026, and a contract end date one year from final completion. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Jesse M. Honeyman State Park, located at 84544 US-101, Florence, Lane County, OR 97439. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) prior to bidding on construction contracts. Each subcontractor participating in the project must also be registered with the CCB before commencing work.
