Background The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is responsible for providing water and wastewater services to the Greater Boston area. The goal of this contract, MWRA Contract No. W362, is to maintain and improve the infrastructure of the Goodnough Dike and Sudbury Dam by redeveloping relief wells and cleaning internal drain pipes. Work Details The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, skill, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Maintenance of the internal dam drainage system at Goodnough Dike. 2. Redevelopment of relief wells at Goodnough Dike. 3. Redevelopment of relief wells only at Sudbury Dam. Period of Performance The contract work is expected to be completed by June 5, 2026. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Goodnough Dike and Sudbury Dam located in Ware, MA. Bidder Requirements This contract includes a participation requirement for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE).
