Veracode Fix - Per Developer Static Addon Term 1 year subscription (Part #VERACODE-FIX-PER-DEV) - Quantity: 30 4. Veracode Software Composition Analysis - Per Developer (Part #SCA-DEV) - Quantity: 30 All subscriptions are for a coverage term from February 3, 2026, to February 2, 2027, and are considered renewals. Period of Performance The contract will commence on February 3, 2026, and will last for one year, expiring on February 2, 2027. There is an option for the State to extend this contract for two additional one-year periods at its discretion. Place of Performance The services will be performed in Raleigh, North Carolina, where the Department of Health and Human Services is located. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be authorized resellers of Veracode products to qualify for this bid. Additionally, vendors must comply with E-Verify requirements as mandated by North Carolina law. Vendors are encouraged to participate as Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs), which include minority-owned, women-owned, and disabled-owned businesses.
