2026 Sewer Lift Stations Improvement Project

The partial rehabilitation of the RETRAC (stormwater) and Panther Valley (sewage) Lift Stations. The RETRAC Lift Station scope includes the removal and replacement of the station's access lift; removal and replacement of the station's access hatch; the installation of three-strand barbed wire privacy slats on the existing electrical-yard fence; installation of variable frequency drives for the station's low-flow pumps; installation of a new emergency float and selector switch for control of the station's large pumps; and other miscellaneous work as described in the plans and specifications. The Panther Valley Lift Station scope includes the installation of valve and meter vault blowers; asphalt driveway installation; installation of privacy fencing and three-strand security wire; installation of a new wet-well roof and access hatch; the installation of an electrical and controls cabinet, automatic transfer switch, motor control cabinet, and new conduit, conductors, and station cable tray; and other miscellaneous work as described in the plans and specifications.
