Background The City of Laconia, New Hampshire, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking statements of qualifications from licensed contractors to provide on-call carpentry services. The goal is to establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors to facilitate timely responses for various public works projects over a three-year period. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for routine service, repair, and emergency maintenance of buildings maintained by the Department of Public Works. Services include but are not limited to: framing, window installation, door installation, deck installation, finish carpentry, and other tasks requiring the services of a New Hampshire licensed contractor.
