The Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Directorate (SD) team is conducting market research to define the scope and requirements of the Audio Visual (AV)/ Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Lifecycle Information Technology (IT) Support (AV LIT). Background The Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Directorate (SD) team is conducting market research to define the scope and requirements of the Audio Visual (AV)/ Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Lifecycle Information Technology (IT) Support (AV LIT). The goal of this contract is to gather industry input on capabilities to operate within a Special Access Program (SAP) environment. Work Details The primary objective of this contract is to provide lifecycle sustainment for current and future Traditional and Air Force Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) based Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Audio Visual (AV), and Information Technology (IT) hardware systems across ICBM Directorate Operating Locations in the Continental United States (CONUS). The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Consulting and Design Services for new and existing VTC and AV solutions, as well as for IT hardware installation. Additionally, the Contractor shall deliver end-to-end Maintenance Services which include tier 3 support, decommissioning, and lifecycle replacement. The Contractor must follow an established Pricing Catalogue of pre-approved hardware, standard conference room hardware configurations, and associated services for procurement. Individual Task Orders may deviate from this Price Catalogue as negotiated. The contractor is required to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances and coordinate with ICBM personnel on security impact and cybersecurity compliance, including implementing controls under DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF). The contractor shall provide both technical and functional resources necessary for managing contract performance. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at ICBM Directorate Operating Locations in the Continental United States (CONUS).
