Background The State of Rhode Island is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to be listed on MPA 296 for Unarmed Security Guard Services. Bidder Requirements Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals. They are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including maintaining necessary licenses and insurance coverage throughout the contract term. Additionally, vendors must complete an MBE Participation Acknowledgment Form as part of their proposal submission.
