Posted: April 20, 2026, 5:09 p.m. EDT This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal janitorial services at the Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) Project office and its designated properties. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to maintain the facilities in a clean, neat, and professional condition. Expected time commitment is 3 hours per week on Friday's from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST to complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly janitorial tasks. The Government will not supervise contract service providers. The Contractor is solely responsible for its personnel and for performance outcomes as will be defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). MMD is located on the White River, six miles upriver and southeast of Enumclaw Washington and 38 miles east of Tacoma. This will be an Economically-Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-aside. This contract will be solicited directly from suppliers in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible quoter, whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Update 20 April 2026: Extended pre-solicitation notice to 1 May 2026 . Set-aside has been changed from a Total Small Business set-aside to an Economically-Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-aside.
