Background The contract is issued by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for dockside services for the USCGC ACTIVE during fiscal year 2026. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary maintenance and repair services to ensure the operational readiness of the vessel. Work Details The contractor is required to perform dockside maintenance and repair services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include: 1. Ship Repairer's Liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence. 2. Comprehensive General Liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence. 3. Full insurance coverage under the United States’ Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Act. 4. Full insurance coverage under the State's Workmen's Compensation Law for all places of performance under this contract. 5. The contractor must not perform any work without prior authorization from the contracting officer, especially regarding Change Requests (CR). All work performed under CR will be compensated at designated labor billing rates outlined in the Schedule. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from September 7, 2026, to November 1, 2026. Place of Performance The performance will take place at designated locations where the USCGC ACTIVE is docked.
