RFISS-166- Install Crane Rail Cross Bracing In Building Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in the installation of additional bracing of crane rails in a building. The project will require the contractor to relocate existing utilities and weld additional bracing to the crane rails. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements here and attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). 1. Relocate existing high pressure air lines and electrical lines as needed to accommodate the additional bracing. 2. Weld new gussets and plate stiffeners, 3. Attach new bolted cross bracing to the gussets. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
