Background The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish one or more Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the Partnered Forces Operations to purchase various commercial weapons, including U.S. weapons, foreign weapons, and accessories based on individual demands from multiple Contingency Operations (CONOPS). The current USSOCOM Foreign Weapons and Ammo contract will end in October 2026, prompting this recompete.
